The TRANSMED series is a brand focused on live streaming and recording in the field of medicine, especially for paramedics, ambulances, rescue vehicles with drones and operation rooms.
Video Transmission System for Ambulance and Fire Fighting Vehicles
TRANSMED-EM is an innovative system that transmits images from emergency and fire trucks to doctors and disaster response headquarters in real time. Information can be reliably conveyed even in areas with slow communication speeds.
Live streaming, recording and VOD system for operation rooms
This is a system that archives highly compressed video data, including 3D, 4K, and other high quality images of the surgical field. When recording is completed, the system automatically encodes the data and saves it to the cloud, where it can be used for VOD viewing or for creating operative recordings.
Drone video distribution system for disaster and emergency delivery
This system provides video monitoring of difficult-to-access locations during disasters and drone video distribution of medical equipment and other deliveries.
Content distribution and communication systems for broadcasting stations
A system that uses a smartphone SIM communication to provide bidirectional communications that can withstand live broadcasts by terrestrial broadcasters without delay. Used for IP relay of major broadcasters' news programs

CEO Masahiko SHINOHARA
After graduating from university, joined Daiko Electronics Communication Co. He switched from accounting to sales. He then worked at Kobayashi Pharmaceutical in the R&D department, where he was in charge of image and video processing. He spun out with his colleagues and founded Tenma Consulting & Co. He worked on research and development of original video compression algorithms and codecs, and completed a video transmission system for emergency transport support.
